Who can use Hiar?

You start by creating your free profile on Hiar. This profile contains two parts: your CV and a video introduction of yourself. You can then share the profile on social media or send it to companies as part of an unsolicited application. If you want to make a motivated application, you need to buy Hiar+.

How does it work?

You don't need to use a video of yourself to use Hiar. The idea is that you record the videos in Hiar - both your video introduction on your profile and your video answers in your application. It's easy and doesn't require any extra equipment. You can record videos directly in Hiar from your computer or phone.

I don't have a video of myself. What do I do?

It's up to you! You can decide for yourself who should be able to access your profile and who you want to share your applications with.

			When you sign up for Hiar, you do so with your email address or
			a social media, which is used to identify you and log in to the
			system. We store the only your email address and no password or
			other sensitive information and the email will also be used as a
			default contact method for candidates on profiles and
			applications but can be changed or removed at any time.
			 
			 
			Payment & Subscription
			 
			Hiar does not store your payment card information. In case you
			sign up for Hiar+, we securely transmit your information to
			Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe, however, retains the
			information for later use in connection with subscriptions and

			Your profile is hidden and not searchable by default. You can make
			it visible to everyone or only to companies you apply to at any time in your settings.
			 

			You can apply to companies in two ways: through the share link or directly through the platform. 

			If you apply directly through the platform, the company will have access to your profile and application data. The company has agreed to our terms and conditions and privacy policy and is not allowed to share your data with anyone else. The company can only use your data for the purpose of the job application and must not store your data after the application process is completed.

			You can request to have your account and all your data deleted
			at any time. Some data may be retained for accounting and
			similar archival purposes, but it will be anonymized if so. If
