Hiar is a Danish company founded in 2024. We have a mission to make it easier for employers and job seekers to find the best match. We believe that the traditional recruitment process is outdated and that a new approach is needed to create the best conditions for both employers and job seekers. We focus on small and medium-sized companies that want to create a more efficient recruitment process, as our experience shows that these companies often have difficult conditions for an efficient recruitment.

Hiar uses AI to assist the recruitment process. It is not AI that makes decisions, but as a tool to help with setting up job posts, screening candidates and much more. We believe that AI can help create a more efficient workflow that gives both employers and job seekers more time for the tasks that actually create value.
